Our mission is to stand beside those who have been overlooked, offering practical help, advocacy, and hope. Let’s Make a Difference
PURPOSES Charitable Purpose: This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable,
educational, and religious purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code. Mission: To strengthen communities by promoting civic responsibility, fostering inclusive public
engagement, and delivering meaningful support to those in need, particularly older adults and
vulnerable populations. Limitations: No part of the net earnings shall inure to the benefit of private
individuals. The corporation shall not engage in political campaigns or substantial lobbying.
